Shipping policy

All Orders Are Tracked

  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for parcel shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Once the item is shipped, we are unable to amend the delivery address due to international postal laws.
  • Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses will not be eligible for refunds or replacement.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, customers may be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
  • Kindly allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Period

  • Our products are mostly shipped from Central Warehouse. All order takes approximately 7 - 20 days to arrive.
  • The processing & handling time might take 1 - 2 business days (included in total shipping days) after we receive your orders.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Important Notice

  • Due to customs policy, glue, battery, wax, or pigment may not be included in the package.
  • Some locations might take additional 1 - 3 business days for arrival depending on your geographical location.
  • During high peak seasons such as (Mother's Day / Black Friday / Halloween /  Christmas etc.), shipments can take an additional 3-4 Business days to arrive.

Tax Duties

  • All prices on OverDecade are displayed in USD, and applicable taxes are included. 
  • However, you may be required to pay customs and import taxes according to your countries' legislation once your package reaches your country.
  • These fees are determined by the local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Return to Sender Policy

  • If a package is marked as Return to Sender due to reasons such as: 

1) Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

2) Recipient is unavailable to receive the package

3) Recipient refusal to pay duties or taxes

4) Or any other issues caused by the recipient’s side

We will notify the customer via provided email once the package is remarked.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and deliverable.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide redelivery service for any orders that are returned to OverDecade due to complications involved in the international shipping process.
