Refund policy

At OverDecade, every DIY kit we create is more than just a project—it's a small world filled with stories, creativity, and moments worth remembering. We hope each Book Nook and Miniature House brings a little joy, relaxation, and wonder into your home.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. If you encounter any issues with your order, our team is here to help. We'll always do our best to find a solution and make your experience with OverDecade as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

✈️ Returns 

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please bear in mind that we won't accept any return after 30 days in ANY condition. Products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The product(s) is within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Products are purchased directly from our website, with receipt or proof of purchase
  • must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll notice you by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🖤 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

💥 Damaged in Delivery

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and photos/video of the damaged product(s). We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

  • We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item
  • If a product has been altered in any way, we can't replace the item
  • We only issue a replacement if the item was purchased directly through our website

💞 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

📦 Address Accuracy

Please kindly double-check your shipping address before placing your order, so that your order will always reach your hands nice and safe.

If order(s) can't be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately can't issue a refund/replacement.

If a reshipment is needed, an additional shipping cost will be charged.
