We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please bear in mind that we won't accept any return after 15 days in ANY condition. Products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

  • The product(s) is within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Products are purchased directly from our website, with receipt or proof of purchase
  • must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

If your return is accepted, we’ll notice you by email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

For refunds, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

  • International shipping might cost up to 75% of the cost of the goods.
  • you have the option to accept a 50% refund of the item and keep the product, instead of shipping it to OverDecade office.
  • We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.

Damaged in Delivery

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact us at Contact Us with your order number and video of the damaged product(s). We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. 

  • We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item
  • If a product has been altered in any way, we can't replace the item
  • We only issue a replacement if the item was purchased directly through our website

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
